Pan Fried Spanish Mackerel 豉油王煎鮫魚

 

材料 :

鲛鱼2

姜片4

 

腌鱼料 :

米酒适量

胡椒粉适量

盐适量

1大匙

 

酱汁 :

酱油2大匙

 

做法 :

  1. 将鲛鱼洗净,用纸巾吸干水份,加入腌鱼料延至30分钟。

  2. Pro Chef 内锅放入架子,将鱼片置入。

  3. 盖锅盖,选择“Grill”功能,烹煮时间调至30分钟。

  4. 25分钟后,取出鱼片及架子;加入少许油及姜片,盖锅盖,选择“Fry”功能,倾斜锅子,将姜片煎至焦香,即可加入酱油,再倒在鱼片上。

 

Ingredient :
2 pcs Spanish mackerel fillets
4 slices of ginger

Fish marinates :
Rice wine (moderate amount)
Pepper (moderate amount)
Salt (moderate amount)
1 tbsp oil

Sauce:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Method :
1. Wash and pat dry fillets, marinate fish for 30 minutes.
2. Place fillet onto steamer rack in Buffalo Pro Chef Plus.
3. Select "Grill" function, adjust timing to 30 minutes.
4. After 25 minutes, remove the fish fillets and steamer rack; add oil and ginger into inner pot, select "Fry" function, tilt the pot, fry until fragrant; add in soy sauce, pour over the fillets and serve.
