Banana Blueberry Bread 香蕉蓝莓面包

 Banana Blueberry Bread

Ingredient :
250g Frozen mix banana & blueberry
200g Almond flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 ½tsp baking powder
4 eggs (grade A)
Sliced almond

Method :
1. Whisk the eggs until foamy; add almond powder, desiccated coconut, baking powder, frozen mix banana & blueberries and mix until well combined.
2. Grease oil to mold, pour in batter and smooth the surface, scatter over sliced almond and seal the bread mold with foil.
3. Transfer mold into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, select the "Bake" function, and bake it at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.

 

材料:

冷冻香蕉蓝莓250g

杏仁粉200g

干椰丝1

发酵粉1 ½ 小匙

鸡蛋(A4

杏仁片适量

 

做法 :

  • 将鸡蛋打至蓬松,加入杏仁粉、干椰丝、发酵粉、冷冻香蕉蓝莓搅拌均匀。
  • 在面包模内涂上少许油,粉浆倒入抹平,把杏仁片铺在上面,用锡箔纸把面包模型封好,避免烤焦。
  • 再把模型放入Pro Chef,选择“Bake”功能,用160度烤50分钟,即可。
