Fried Rice with XO Sauce

Fried Rice with XO Sauce Recipe | Buffalo Cookware Malaysia
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp XO sauce
  • 2-3 mushroom
  • 4 bowls of cooked rice
  • White pepper
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut scallion into small dice, cut mushroom into small dice, add egg into cooked rice and mix well.
  2. Add 1 tbsp oil to Buffalo Pro Chef inner pot, add in rice with egg mixture, select “Stir-Fry” function, adjust timing to 20 minutes start cooker
  3. Add XO sauce, dice scallion and seasoning 5 minutes before cooking complete, continue cook until complete.
