- 1 cup black bean (soak for 2 hours)
- 1 ½ cup black glutinous rice
- 12 red dates
- 1500ml water
- 50gm brown sugar
Method
- Wash and rinse glutinous rice and red dates.
- Put black bean, glutinous rice, red dates and water into inner pot. Select “Porridge/Soup” function. Adjust cooking time to 1 1/2 hours.
- Once cooked, add in sugar and mix well and ready to serve.
