Rice Cooker “Char Siew”

  • 800gm pork belly
  • 1 packet “char siew” sauce
  • 1 tbsp rose wine
  • 2 cups water


  1. Wash and rinse pork belly. Pat dry with kitchen towel and use a fork to pierce the pork belly.
  2. Combine “char siew” sauce and rose wine. Pour marinade over pork belly and place into refrigerator overnight.
  3. Place pork belly and all the sauce into inner pot. Add water and close the lid. Select “Steam” function and adjust timing to 35 minutes.

Remarks:In between cooking time, rotate pork belly to ensure it cooks evenly
