- 800gm pork belly
- 1 packet “char siew” sauce
- 1 tbsp rose wine
- 2 cups water
Method
- Wash and rinse pork belly. Pat dry with kitchen towel and use a fork to pierce the pork belly.
- Combine “char siew” sauce and rose wine. Pour marinade over pork belly and place into refrigerator overnight.
- Place pork belly and all the sauce into inner pot. Add water and close the lid. Select “Steam” function and adjust timing to 35 minutes.
Remarks:In between cooking time, rotate pork belly to ensure it cooks evenly
