Thinly slice beef tenderloin across the grain and marinate with beef marinates;
Add 1 tbsp oil and beef into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus pot, select “Stir Fry” function, adjust timing to 20 minutes. Tilt the pot to the left and cook for 6-8 minutes.
After 6-8 minutes, remove the beef and set aside; add another 1 tablespoon oil and flat rice noodle, tilt the pot to the left and cook for 3 minutes.
Add in onion and beef, tilt the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, pour in seasoning, scallion, sprouts, and fry for 2 minutes. Dish is ready to serve.
