- 250g Beef tenderloin
- 1/4 Medium-sized yellow onion (shredded)
- 2 stalks scallion (removed white part and cut into section)
- 50g sprout
- 450g flat rice noodle
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1⁄2 tsp sugar
- 1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Method
- Thinly slice beef tenderloin across the grain and marinate with beef marinates;
- Add 1 tbsp oil and beef into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus pot, select “Stir Fry” function, adjust timing to 20 minutes. Tilt the pot to the left and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- After 6-8 minutes, remove the beef and set aside; add another 1 tablespoon oil and flat rice noodle, tilt the pot to the left and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in onion and beef, tilt the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, pour in seasoning, scallion, sprouts, and fry for 2 minutes. Dish is ready to serve.
