Stir Fried Flat Rice Noodle with Beef Recipe | Buffalo Cookware Malaysia
  • 250g Beef tenderloin
  • 1/4 Medium-sized yellow onion (shredded)
  • 2 stalks scallion (removed white part and cut into section)
  • 50g sprout
  • 450g flat rice noodle
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp sugar
  • 1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Thinly slice beef tenderloin across the grain and marinate with beef marinates;
  2. Add 1 tbsp oil and beef into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus pot, select “Stir Fry” function, adjust timing to 20 minutes. Tilt the pot to the left and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. After 6-8 minutes, remove the beef and set aside; add another 1 tablespoon oil and flat rice noodle, tilt the pot to the left and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add in onion and beef, tilt the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, pour in seasoning, scallion, sprouts, and fry for 2 minutes. Dish is ready to serve.
