Cripsy Oven Fried Tempura Shrimp Recipe | Buffalo Cookware Malaysia
  • 8 White sea prawn
  • 40g breadcrumbs
  • 30g Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Thousand Island Sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Rice wine
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tomato
  • 1⁄4 cabbage


  1. Clean, peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Slash 2-3 on shrimp according to the size. (do not cut).
  3. Add in marinates, mix well and keep in refrigerator.
  4. Stir fry breadcrumbs with olive oil until golden brown in color.
  5. Coat shrimp with flour follow by egg wash and breadcrumbs.
  6. Place coated shrimp into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, select “Grill” function and bake for 8~10 minutes.
  7. You can prepare side dished and dipping sauce while grilling time.
