- 40g breadcrumbs
- 30g Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Thousand Island Sauce
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Rice wine
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1⁄4 cabbage
Method
- Clean, peel and devein shrimp.
- Slash 2-3 on shrimp according to the size. (do not cut).
- Add in marinates, mix well and keep in refrigerator.
- Stir fry breadcrumbs with olive oil until golden brown in color.
- Coat shrimp with flour follow by egg wash and breadcrumbs.
- Place coated shrimp into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, select “Grill” function and bake for 8~10 minutes.
- You can prepare side dished and dipping sauce while grilling time.
