Electrical Product Warranty Treaty: 1 year

Warranty regulations

1. Customer must register the product online warranty by scanning the QR code.
2. Customer will not be entitled to get free maintenance service if failed to register product online warranty.
3. Prior proceed for maintenance service , product information must match with the online warranty registration and ( KW ) hologram label.
4. There will be replacement of spare parts without any charges if the product is not working or damaged with the condition the product used in properly within the warranty period.
5. The will be no additional charges for the service workmanship and replacement of spare parts. However , Transportation and accessories will be charged accordingly.
6. For product over warranty period , company will take responsibility on the repair , and all replacement parts will be charged accordingly.
7. The following conditions are not covered under the warranty :
   • Damage caused by human negligence , improper use or self-repair or modification.
   • Failure and damage caused by negligence, fire, flood, lightning or other force majeure.
   • Damage to consumable parts.
8. This product warranty is only valid within Malaysia.
