- 1 Whole – Kampung Chicken (Skinless)
- 11.30 Grams – Antler Slice (3 Slice)
- 18.90 Grams – Chinese Yam (5 Slice)
- 5 Pieces – Red Dates/Jujube
- 4 Slice – Ginger
- 2 Tablespoon – White Wine (Soaked Antler)
- Hot Water
- Salt
Method
- Clean and cut the chicken into smaller pieces then put them in boiling water for 5 minutes. After that, rinse and drain the chicken along with the other ingredients.
- Soak the antler in the wine and then drain it and set it aside.
- Put all the ingredients into the stew pot, add in hot water, close the lid and select the “Cordycep/Ginseng” function.
- After it is done, season it with a bit of salt for flavour.
