Banana Blueberry Bread

  • 250g Frozen mix banana & blueberry
  • 200g Almond flour
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 ½tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs (grade A)
  • Sliced almond


  1. Whisk the eggs until foamy; add almond powder, desiccated coconut, baking powder, frozen mix banana & blueberries and mix until well combined.
  2. Grease oil to mold, pour in batter and smooth the surface, scatter over sliced almond and seal the bread mold with foil.
  3. Transfer mold into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, select the “Bake” function, and bake it at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
