- 250g Frozen mix banana & blueberry
- 200g Almond flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 ½tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs (grade A)
- Sliced almond
Method
- Whisk the eggs until foamy; add almond powder, desiccated coconut, baking powder, frozen mix banana & blueberries and mix until well combined.
- Grease oil to mold, pour in batter and smooth the surface, scatter over sliced almond and seal the bread mold with foil.
- Transfer mold into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, select the “Bake” function, and bake it at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
