- 6 dried mushroom (soaked in water)
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- 1 red chili
- 1 celery
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 4 cloves garlic (lightly pat to crush it)
- 4 slices young ginger
- 3 tbsp ‘Hua Diao’ wine
- 1 tbsp black sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rock sugar
- 50ml water
- 2 tbsp ‘Hua Diao’ wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark caramel sauce
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- Sliced mushroom, king oyster mushroom and red chili, set aside.
- Cut celery and spring onion into sections and set aside.
- Cut drumstick into bite size pieces. Marinade chicken with seasoning ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Add sesame oil into inner pot. Select “Steam” function and cook with preset timing.
- Heat sesame oil, then add ginger and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Add in chicken pieces, king oyster mushroom, mushroom and all seasoning; stir well. Close lid and cook until complete.
- When cooking completes, add in red chili, celery and spring onion. Stir well and ready to serve.
