Rinse the spareribs and add ginger slides in a pot, start to blanch until it boils about 1 minutes
Rinse the blanched spareribs, peel and remove the seeds of orange, blend it into orange juice and set aside.
Pour the oil in the inner bowl, select option ‘Grill’ to heat the oil. After oil is heated, add rock sugar and stir it until it becomes brown color, add the spareribs and grill it until golden color, pour the Chinese Shao Hsing wine, soy sauce, orange juice, lemon juice and chicken stock, which just right to cover all the ingredients.
Cancel the ‘Grill’ function, close the lid, select the option ‘meat’, set the time 30 minutes to cook.
After pressure releasing, take out the spareribs and pour the sauces into a frying pan to boil it, add in corn starch and water to cook until the sauces become thick, set aside.
Clean and wipe the inner bowl dry, put a rack inside the bowl and place the spareribs on the rack, give the spareribs a sauce wash, cover it and set the temperature 180 degree for 20 minutes.
Pour the remaining sauce into a plate and place the grilled spareribs on it, and ready to serve with some decorations.
