Snow Fungus Lotus Seed Porridge

  • 100 Grams – White Rice
  • 40 Grams – Lotus Seed
  • 10 Grams – Snow Fungus
  • 5 Grams – Goji Berry/Wolfberry
  • 1200 Millimetre – Filtered Water


  1. Wash the snow fungus and then soak it for 30 minutes, drain the water and tear it into smaller pieces, then soak the lotus seed for 30 minutes, drain it and remove its seed, then set it aside for the next step.
  2. Wash the white rice and the goji berry, then drain them and set it aside for the next step.
  3. Put the white rice, lotus seed, snow fungus into the Heating Blender jar filled with the filtered water, close the lid, and select the “Congee” function to start cooking.
  4. After it is done boiling, let it simmer for another 5 minutes after adding the goji berry, then you can enjoy it immediately.
