- Celery. . . 40g
- Carrot. . 20g
- Yellow capsicum. . 20g
- Ginger. . . 4 slices
- Minced garlic. . . 1⁄2 tsp
- XO sauce. . 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce. . . 1 tbsp
- Oil. . . 1 tbsp
- Water. . . 2 tbsp
- Corn flour . . . 1⁄2 tsp
- Water . . . 1 1/2 tbsp
Method
- Peel and devein shrimp, leave the tail; wash and pat dry, set aside.
- Clean, trim asparagus and cut into 2 inches long, cut celery, and carrot into slices, yellow capsicum cut into pieces.
- Add in oyster sauce, oil and water into all ingredients, stir well
- Add all marinated ingredient into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, close lid and select “Stir Fry” function. Adjust timing to 10 minutes.
- Add in Xo sauce and starch water 2 minutes before cooking done.
