Stir-fried prawn in XO sauce

  • Shrimp. . . 150g (medium size)
  • Asparagus. . . 40g
  • Celery. . . 40g
  • Carrot. . 20g
  • Yellow capsicum. . 20g
  • Ginger. . . 4 slices
  • Minced garlic. . . 1⁄2 tsp
  • XO sauce. . 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce. . . 1 tbsp
  • Oil. . . 1 tbsp
  • Water. . . 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour . . . 1⁄2 tsp
  • Water . . . 1 1/2 tbsp

Method

  1. Peel and devein shrimp, leave the tail; wash and pat dry, set aside.
  2. Clean, trim asparagus and cut into 2 inches long, cut celery, and carrot into slices, yellow capsicum cut into pieces.
  3. Add in oyster sauce, oil and water into all ingredients, stir well
  4. Add all marinated ingredient into Buffalo Pro Chef Plus, close lid and select “Stir Fry” function. Adjust timing to 10 minutes.
  5. Add in Xo sauce and starch water 2 minutes before cooking done.
